    We are so happy we found AVANCE flooring to do our whole house of approximately 2400sq ft in luxury vinyl. The job included tearing out old tile and carpet, replacing rotten sub floor, and of course the installation of the LVP. We originally only planned to have the upstairs level of our house of 1200 sq ft done. Once the upstairs was completed we also decided to hire Avance flooring to complete the lower level of our house. We are so satisfied with the outcome of the job. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you have flooring needs. We cannot recommend Avance enough!

    We had Alex do some vinyl plank flooring for us when we moved into our house and he did a phenomenal job! Our house feels like brand new and Alex is a professional! All the boards were placed very tight and very clean around the edges. He was super cleanly and cleaned up when he was finished! Everything flows very seamlessly too! I highly recommend him for anyone looking to put flooring down! We enjoyed his work so much we are having him do all of our upstair bedrooms! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
